I have the amazing opportunity to provide management to a team of Program Coordinators supporting all contracts and offerings to our communities and partners. I have designed and implemented various workflows to ensure efficient and effective delivery of both external and internal processes. I have the opportunity to collaborate and network with potential and current partners while building our network of partners across NC. I support my team by providing large scale project management oversight as well as every day steps to ensure highest quality of delivery and experiences for our partners and Resiliency Educators. As we continue to develop and expand our menu of offerings I am fully engaged in the development of new curriculum, incorporating adult learning styles and latest research in the areas of trauma and resiliency. I enjoy being able to facilitate workshops and presentations to a wide range of target audiences and experiencing the impact of the work we do every day. It is a joy to build connections and see in real time the impact our workshops have on individuals and systems. I have the fluency to work across multiple tech platforms. I am committed to the continuous growth of myself and my team in our journey of DEIA work and reflection.

Design, implement, and deliver community training plans for Vaya Health counties. Attend various collaboratives and coalitions as the System of Care representative for the Vaya Health region. Maintain and present training records, evaluations, and data to counties and leadership of Vaya as requested . Attend local and state advocacy meetings related to behavioral health policies, awareness campaigns, and support for effective services and systems.Represent Vaya Health at social engagements, health fairs, and conferences. Present on various behavioral health policies and updates relevant to communities in various settings.Advocate for consumer and family rights in various avenues.Train audiences ranging from law enforcement, schools, social services, health care and more. Work closely and establish relationships with various stakeholders across the Vaya Health region.Support the Crisis Intervention Team Training Coordinator and program.

Maintain a caseload including adults and children with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnosis. Ensure timely service continuation requests.Work closely with families, case managers, and various community supports to develop meaningful case plans for individuals. Manage hiring and training of direct support staff.Oversee implementation of goals by direct support staff.Submit regular progress resorts and updates to the treatment team as needed.Attend all treatment team meetings to ensure success of each individual and family.
