Current• Takes calls from customers to assist with making adjustments to settings within the software• Supports customers on assigned software applications using research/analysis, troubleshooting and testing skills.• Reviews continuing education materials that go out with each update to remain knowledgeable on system functionalityand software updates.• Travels to medical centers across U.S. to setup software• Conducts training classes for medical center employees in the necessary applications• Assists with Go-Live by providing on site support to employees over the first few weeks of using the new software• Educates clients on software features, functionality, and optimal work-flow• Proactively monitors and accurately communicates in a timely manner with the Implementation Management teamregarding project performance; using project tools, situations, status reports, etc
