Current- Takes calls from customers to assist with making adjustments to settings within the software
- Supports customers on assigned software applications using research/analysis, troubleshooting and testing skills.
- Reviews continuing education materials that go out with each update to remain knowledgeable on system functionalityand software updates.
- Travels to medical centers across U.S. to setup software
- Conducts training classes for medical center employees in the necessary applications
- Assists with Go-Live by providing on site support to employees over the first few weeks of using the new software
