KPMG UK Audit Partner with over 24 years of audit, accounting, and management experience spanning three countries. I currently focus on the London private capital market and have extensive sector experience in energy and natural resources, retail and consumer goods, technology and leisure. I have worked with clients ranging from fast-growing private capital and PE backed businesses, to large multinational groups (including FTSE and AIM listed businesses). I have extensive experience working with clients reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP and have supported clients through GAAP transitions, along with supporting clients preparing for exit and IPO processes.Between 2018 and 2021, I worked in India as the Partner in Charge and Head of Audit of KPMG Resource Centre Pvt. Ltd (part of the KPMG Global Services platform). Under my leadership, the business grew from 1,150 employees to 2,000 employees, supporting 10 KPMG member firms across a full range of audit services. I was responsible for designing, implementing and delivering the business strategy, alongside being fully accountable for the operational and financial performance of the business.I started my KPMG career in Perth, Western Australia in 2006, having previously spent nine years working within the local government in Western Australia, where I held a variety of finance and corporate services related roles.
