I’ve been working at JMK Nippon for 4 years as a waitress and a year and a half as head server. My job duties include training new employees, staying up to date on current promotional offers, taking orders from customers and relaying onto the culinary staff, working with management to help better implement policies, making sure all employees are keeping busy and keeping the kitchen clean with side work and other day to day tasks.
