• Act as liaison to financial institutions, integrating their offerings in SFS’s tax software via XML updates• Tax form development: implementing IRS tax form logic in a format SFS’s tax software understands• Tax form logic requires extreme accuracy, otherwise tax returns will calculate incorrectly. All logic is verified. • Create detailed help files to assist end user with completing forms• Knowledge of XML• Create/run basic SQL statements and queries• Familiar with database managements tools, such as TOAD• Use PDS Agent/Intero Dialer for lead opportunities for Sales• Mentor Program, providing assistance to new employees • Maintain detailed records of hours worked per project

• New sale setup and orientation, walking customers thru the tax software to get them familiar with the program and answering questions• Data Entry, setting up new customers in SFS database• Provided customer support on the SFS products (TaxWise/Interview Plus online and desktop versions, ATX, and Document Manager Products)
