I managed this project from 2015 - 2020, each year coordinating the research and projects of 65 to 80 seniors.Leadership Experience:10th Grade Level Chair (2014-2015) - School Culture lead for the 10th Grade Team. I ran weekly Town Hall Meetings for 10th grade students and staff, sent weekly pulse emails detailing cultural and disciplinary foci for the 10th grade staff, conducted meetings with students and parents regarding grades.History Department Chair (2017 - Present): Provide weekly lesson plan feedback and weekly observation feedback to each of the four teachers in the history department. Coordinate with principal and network academic team to identify and target areas of curriculum and pedagogical focus. Run both history-specific and full-campus professional development sessions on a variety of topics including long term and short term curriculum planning, project management, and behavior management strategies.
