As an E-commerce Specialist, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise in product data feeds, order management systems (OMS), performance analytics, A/B testing, SEO, and CRO, to name a few. Since joining BSc in 2017, I have developed a niche passion for improving online customer experiences through UX/UI Design. My journey at BSc has seen me evolve through various roles in customer service, accounts management, and marketing, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the business's operational requirements.Having come from no sporting or fitness background, I've had an incredible journey working within the company. Surrounded by highly motivated people and meeting athletes and fitness enthusiasts on the reg. I was inspired to join the world of fitness and have since taken up ultra trail marathon running which has significantly improved my quality of life, both personally and professionally. Within 12 months of taking on this new challenge, I have raced in several UTMB trails and other marathon race events including a 50km trail race, a 27km, and a 26km trail race, with more lined up. All while being fueled by the best.In addition to all this, I am also the Executive Assistant to BSc Founder, Greg Young. Although this is not my main focus, I quite enjoy the challenge of understanding and managing Greg's work life. Anyone who knows Greg recognises him for his creative, innovative, and agile approach so my ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to his ever-changing needs adds a unique and enjoyable twist to my work.
