About Ashley Schaffer
I've worked in the hospitality industry since I could first get a job at 15, and I've fallen in love with it ever since. My first job was at my local pool, then I moved to be a lifeguard at Zoombezi Bay in Columbus, Ohio. I then moved departments to rides and attractions, where I got promoted to Team Lead after my first season. I stayed there until 2021 when I moved to Cedar Point for my co-op during my pursuit of Cedar Fair's Resort and Attraction Management program at Bowling Green State University. During the summer of 2022, I completed shifts at the front desk, housekeeping, public areas, and banquet, all at two different Cedar Point resorts.
