In my current role, I’m the senior and primary contact for all new and existing property owners. I manage a portfolio of holiday homes conservatively valued in excess of £225m. Typically, the clients I work with have a high net worth and/or high profile. They all have very different goals for their properties, but they share one common requirement: they need the rental process of their homes to be hassle-free and profitable. I’m experienced at supporting owners to strike the delicate balance between financial needs and personal goals. Day-to-day, I lead a team of Portfolio Account Managers, Portfolio Consultants and Portfolio Co-ordinators, which requires high quality management and organisational skills. My team ensures the seamless rental of each holiday home and is always on hand to offer owners support and advice. We take an equal partnership approach with our homeowners, and build collaborative relationships based on trust, communication, and mutual understanding. The longer term strategic element of my role is to take the lead on new property acquisition, thus paving the way for our ambitious growth plans. I assess all new properties and decide whether they’re suitable for our exclusive portfolio of luxury homes. The acquisition process involves a detailed analysis of the current market position and informed predictions on future trends. I develop bespoke pricing structures for each property, which are based on numerous different variables. This tailored and personalised service enables us to achieve the desired level of footfall for individual homeowners.
