The responsibilities I take on as a finance assistant include, but are not limited to -Sending auto loan contracts to banks-Answer all of the incoming calls and assist customers, and banks with their questions.- Maintain a contracts in transit log to keep up with the outgoing contracts to make sure the banks fund the loans in a timely manner. -Assist the finance producers in helping get in contact with customers or banks for needed documents-handle money transactions from customers (down payments, deposits, and etc)-assist customers in cancelling after market products they purchased at the time of buying their vehicle-greet customers with a positive attitude in person and over the phone and make sure they are comfortable with their car-buying decisions before and after their purchase. I work and have experience with ADP, Dealerconnect, EthosGroup, Dealertrack, and mircosoft officeI have also attended/completed the finance and insurance training class through Ethos Group.
