Ashley is a passionate long-term substitute teacher and behavior therapist with a demonstrated history of working in the human services industry, specifically working with individuals with varying developmental and intellectual disabilities residential, in-home and education settings. Skilled in Clinical Research and currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Rider University in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Having the opportunity to work in a variety of environments has given Ashley the wide range of skills and training to improve the quality of life clients, as well as to aid the development of individualized interventions and training to the dedicated members of the client’s team and key members of the client’s families.
