❖ Create catering quotes for customers using Invoice Ninja to include requested items via email.❖ Run monthly reports for catering events and income generated.❖ Maintain short- and long-term schedules and adjust schedules based on company and customer needs.❖ Complete employee payroll as requested by owner. ❖ Make bank deposits as requested by owner.❖ Extract data from Invoice Ninja to create spreadsheets for weekly catering jobs.❖ Multitask quote requests, incoming calls and text for catering events, and general questions.❖ Respectfully answer customer inquiries.❖ Stay in contact with customer via email or phone from “cradle-to-grave”; from initial catering quote to completion of job to ensure complete customer satisfaction.❖ Listen to customer issues/complaints and quickly resolve these issues with customer in a respectful manner.❖ Appropriately coordinate catering jobs to ensure employees are at the customer facility on time and for the proper amount of time to satisfy the customer.❖ Meet with customers in a face-to-face setting to ensure the customer understands invoice, add personal experience, and to answer any questions they may have.❖ Provide a taste testing of items to customer for items requested in the catering quote.❖ Perform and inventory of items at restaurant and document items needing to be ordered.❖ Provide last minute updates to employees for specific catering jobs and items.❖ Run credit cards for catering events as needed.❖ Ensure the customer has complete satisfaction for their special event.
