- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content. - Coordinates photo shoot dates with potential models. - Organizes and shoots new and existing products with models, on mannequins, or in flat lays. - Creates graphics, edits photos, or generates other forms of content to be posted on social media. - Follows the social media posting schedule preparing a backlog of content to be posted days/weeks in advance. - Posts content according to the social media schedule/calendar. - Brainstorms campaign ideas. - Monitors the analytics of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. - Creates new campaigns and analyzes analytics to communicate with the Social Media Manager. - Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. - Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales. - Aids in the development of the online selling platform to generate more sales. - Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems including (but not limited to) Shopify and related applications. - Assists in creating performance reports.

I had the responsibility of running all social media accounts such as: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tumblr. As well as designing all types of merchandise such as: t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, accessories, etc. for my Tri Delta chapter and supporters.
