I love my job. I've been in the UK legal sector in one form or another since 2004, but specialised in immigration law since 2015. I am a Cilex Paralegal (ACILEX) and working towards qualification as a Cilex Lawyer. On the business immigration side I advise UK companies on sponsor licence applications, international recruitment and immigration compliance. I provide specialist training on sponsor licence compliance and right to work compliance. I advise and assist UK companies in visa applications for their international employees. I advise overseas companies and entrepreneurs looking to set up business in the UK. I've advised a wide range of organisations, including leading universities, local authorities, SMEs and large household name companies.On the personal immigration side, I have significant experience in family applications made under Appendix FM and outside the Rules on human rights grounds. I am particularly interested in and experienced with securing British citizenship in complex registration and naturalisation cases. I focus on finding quick and effective solutions to my client's immigration issues.
