In my position at Hacker & Willig, Inc., P.S. I deal with a lot of client communication. I file legal documents electronically in the Superior, Bankruptcy and District courts in various counties. I draft and review legal documents on a daily basis. I docket deadlines on the office calendaring system. I also perform legal research when needed. On some days I cover the reception desk and answer a multi-line telephone. There are also clerical duties that I perform that include: filing, copying, entering time, and other administrative duties.

I answered a multi-line telephone, greeted guests, filed, copied, made travel arrangements for the CEO of the company, and calendared deadlines.

I performed customer service, managed sale associates in my department, maintained sales goals, merchandised sales floor, and performed customer returns and exchanges.
