Currently report to the Assistant Equipment Director for Olympic Sports. Assist in inventory control, equipment distribution and maintenance.

I helped the Staff, Seniors, and Senior Managers with rolling forward work papers, working through cash or revenue walkthroughs, and auditing local public schools bank accounts with the records they provided to us. I worked on clients in the technology and medical industries and clients in the government sector. I also sat in on client calls to gain more knowledge on how those calls worked. Furthermore, the other interns and I audited the raffle tickets for the St. Jude’s “Home Dream Giveaway.” Where we made sure that the tickets were valid with names, addresses, and phone numbers while also making sure there were no duplicate tickets. Lastly, I completed part of a mock audit which consisted of completing work papers, walkthroughs, and deciding on what you need to request from the “client.”

I audited sites paperwork to match accounting system and managed cash transactions between the bank and book values. I also managed the company's bank accounts by watching for deposits, making transfers, and importing transactions into the accounting system.

I worked with this local business while I was home for winter break. I checked out customers, did inventory for the owner, and organized the displays.

I learned about the maintenance of a pool. I watched over pool members while they were swimming. I became an assistant manager at the end of my second year.
