StrategyAssist with new client on-boarding, including project management, coordinating resources, interaction with subject matter experts, and client stakeholder.Assist with Client relationship management strategy globally, including working with relationship managers, tracking process against objectives, and facilitating interactions with client.Support GIA and CBRE strategy initiatives, assist with integrating GIA services with other parts of CBRE, and assists with both internal and external communication activities for GIA.Business DevelopmentCreate a wide variety of customized, profession-quality marketing materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts.Assist with data collection, interpretation and presentation. Provides research on pursuits to aid in management in business planning and strategy development. Track all business development activities globally, including keeping deal pipeline updated and accurate, and coordinating activities across GIA and other service lines.Assists with maintaining marketing database/library, including standard marketing collateral and case studies.Completes due diligence and competitive analyses for new business pursuits including research, analytics, data mining, and data collection.

I manage multiple real estate accounting teams to provide accurate and timely client reports for their assigned portfolios. Implement processes to ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Assist in managing client relationships for strategic accounts. Analyze scope of service changes and create pricing estimates for new business opportunities. Lead all aspects of internal and external property and client transitions. Work with other internal teams in handling special requirements as defined in the management agreement. Ensure internal and external customer requests are handled timely, accurately and with a focus on customer service. Create a positive customer experience by providing reliable lines of communication. Verify and ensure accounting team's debt, real estate tax, sales tax and owner distribution payments are made timely. Review employees work product, including financial packages, to ensure its complete, accurate and timely release to internal departments and external clients. Function as a single point of contact for a market and/or Strategic Account Client. Assist Senior Management with implementation of strategic department and corporate initiatives. Complete and review budgets and annual year-end recovery calculations.
