I have over 15 years of experience working for a niche retail company who has diversified into becoming a predominant online retailer within our target market. As the company has evolved online, I have been required to be both adaptable and forward thinking in honing a variety of new skills in marketing and E-Commerce. I am an extremely fastidious worker with high personal standards, a keen eye for detail and a broad range of IT experience. My current role is focused around creatively designing and developing the store’s EKM based E-Commerce website, creating/editing databases using Excel, harvesting HTML and editing images using Photoshop to populate products. I am also responsible for marketing using Google PPC AdWords and Shopping campaigns to increase sales and improve the company’s online exposure. Due to the relatively small size of the business I am also responsible for sales order processing, communicating directly with the customer to answer queries, provide support and assist in product suitability. This is something that I feel gives me a huge advantage in better understanding both the needs of the customer, and the core functionality of the webpage.
