I serve as the primary human resources consultant to managers and supervisors in schools and departments. I align HR activities with organizational goals and school/department continuous improvement plans. By participating in the planning of annual staff allocations for schools, I walk alongside building leaders to anticipate, attract and retain high quality staff. This includes supporting the development of personnel budget to align with State and local funding. I also provide strategic human resource guidance related to workforce and talent needs and best practices to schools; provide support in the areas of performance management, investigations, discipline and employee leaves; provide, analyze and track key HR data to identify trends and inform decision making.
