Create material for franchisees and tellers, and execute programs locally and remotely on areas including POS, customer service, cross selling, marketing execution, etc. Manage and resolve operations issues for over 70 franchised locations nationwide. Review, create and maintain legal contracts and lease agreements. Manage various projects with multiple departments to ensure deadlines and targets are met. Support franchisees with local, state and federal compliance regulations. Maintain outside vendors, including IT and marketing vendors. Create, update and execute policies and procedures. Reconcile unbilled, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts. Audit financials on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain and coordinate the sale of company-owned assets and write offs. Project manage divestitures and acquisitions of shops. Liaison for inner-company departments, including legal, compliance, accounting, tax and HR. Coordinate and manage annual trade show, including out of state vendors, marketing, giveaways, etc. Work with compliance to ensure marketing is compliant and within regulation.
