I am a Sr. Specialist /Floater. I help member with their debt and coming up with solutions to getting them out of debt. I handle accts from 5 days to over 120 days delinquent . Right now I am floater so I work multiple credit union when an employee is out or needs help. I have done a year of payment reminder, I was promoted to full outsourcing after a year. I am still doing full outsourcing. I help members with managing their debt, and helping them come up with payments options to get them out of debt. I started off in payment reminder just reminding members of their payments and finding out when they can make a payment. Then was promoted to full outsourcing helping member come up with solutions and payment plans to get back on track. I just advanced to DM Specialist in July handing from 30 to 60 days to over 60 days when needed.

I was promoted to part time supervisor after a year of working at UPS. I started out in training where I trained the new hires that came to work for UPS. I ran over seven areas in small sort. I become swing supervisor for small sort after 5 years of working at UPS. I was second in leadership for small sort. I oversaw the part timer supervisors that ran an area. Also, made sure that the hourly's were put in the correct areas. I was nominated for sup of the month twice and won once. I worked in the training department as swing supervisor. I handle the compliance and help the full timer with whatever they needed. I was also put in safety as a supervisor. I was also in charge with safety compliance.
