Complete OSHA compliant rig inspections of various models of rigs, incident management, hazard mitigation, training, client relations, near miss and incident reporting, investigations, active in progressing the safety culture, have general knowledge of rig operations and activities.

Conduct regular inspections of job sites, vehicles, shops and offices in various types of service lines to insure compliance of company policy, OSHA regulations, Environmental and DOT standards. Make on the spot decisions to eliminate hazards that may be present, or unsafe activity being conducted. Conduct safety meetings and HS&E related training, reporting of incidents and near misses, complete incident investigations, conduct case management of incidents/injuries, communicate with managers and employees regularly, complete weekly reports of activity, Be active on weekly conference calls to discuss incidents and ways of correcting issues, analyze reporting numbers and develop ways to prevent future occurrences, problem solving of issues requiring immediate attention. Act as a company representative in corresponding with customer HSE and other management.

Load, unload, identify, tag, pen, sort, move livestock, and write out customer tickets.

Safety Intern: up date MSDS library, update MNTC Safety Handbook, fire extinguishing material mapping, incident investigation, attend weather seminars, and instruct various training classes for employees to ensure compliance for annual training.
