What fulfills me most is helping people and organizations along the coffee supply chain to cultivate growth, develop a culture of transparency, and build trust for a sustainable and viable world coffee market. My enthusiasm and strengths include on the green side: quality control and helping producers navigate the US market and making connections with the right partners in the US. And on the roasted side: setting up operational and communication systems, educating and exciting anyone from baristas, consumers about the "5 years and 100 hands" it takes to get this beloved beverage we all rely on to fuel our lives, passions, careers.
