• Oversee all HR functions: recruiting/selection, onboarding, employee relations, records and performance management and benefits/payroll administration for field employees (75+ personnel) • Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation including staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations and employee leaves of absence.• Conduct new hire orientation-assists in the completion of initial new hire documentation and the revision of policies & procedures• Provide internal and external notification for vacant positions, benefit administration, payroll questions• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of worker's compensation • Participate in employee investigations of Dependent Adult Abuse and/or substance abuse

• Oversee all HR functions: compliance/credentialing of all internal and field employees (250+ personnel), recruiting, benefits, workers compensation • Supervise/mentor staff (Assistant and Recruiter) to ensure all management of services, policies and programs run smoothly• Policy improvement and documentation/policy revisions• New hire orientation• Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training • Strong working relationship with Administrator and Director of Clinical Services, Nurse Instructor, Coordinator and Payroll staff

• Employ new recruitment plans, traditional sourcing strategies & resources, develop new creative recruiting initiatives for all professions and home health aide trainees• Knowledgeable with New York State Department of Health regulations in C.N.A Transition, PCA upgrades, core training curriculum programs• Knowledgeable with state and federal guidelines, use of CHRC, HCR, OIG, OMIG, SAM on consistent basis• Compliance of personnel records in accordance with New York State Department of Health regulations • Compensation and benefit administration
