The thing I enjoy most is helping companies get the most out of the features they already have and keeping them up to date with the features that they will soon have. It is, and has been for a while, a fast and exciting time for cloud computing, personal devices that can provide you with the entirety of all human knowledge as long as you know where to look. The emergence of true AI will only continue to grow as fast as the data centers can be built. We are at a landmark in IT, when for so many years the only thing to get excited about was mass availability of broadband, increased RAM, cloud competition, IoT. Now, being able to connect to your home HVAC an hour before you arrive is suddenly not impressive anymore. I enjoy how my sprinkler system can decide for itself how often to run, yet this is nothing compared to the recent, and definitely long term advances to how we humans go about our daily lives. This is why I enjoy being able to test and implement new technologies, even if some have growing pains, I can see where each feature is headed in the long run. I have current certifications for, MCT: Microsoft Certified Trainer, SC-900, Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator, SC-100, Cyber Security Architect.CompTia A+, Network+, Security+.
