My passion is to help people grow, fulfil their potential and become successful in their life. As a former Talent specialist and Training and Development Facilitator at Admiral, I supported the effective delivery and execution of the business's hiring plan, managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle and, delivered over 8 years of classroom training to Executives and Senior managementProgramme .I have been commended for delivering high level training programmes to all levels across all across the Admiral business and during my tenure, I was nominated for “Trainer of the Year” at the national contact centre awards. Qualified TAP Learning & Development professional, a qualified ILM accredited Workplace Coach and I hold a level 5 Diploma in leadership and management through the institute of ILM (City & Guilds). I have extensive experience in hosting business wide communication strategies and delivering training podcasts. As part of my journey, I travelled overseas to support operations in India multiple times and project manage business-wide training solutions, with excellent feedback. I am a quick learner and a dynamic and confident communicator with great problem-solving, people management and project management skills. My specialities include coaching, mentoring, training needs analysis and training delivery and facilitation.I am currently a full time student at the University of South wales, pursuing a career in teaching.
