Frame Shop Manager
CurrentMid 2021 I was further promoted to the role of Frame Shop Manager. I was able to gain experience overseeing the training and cross-training of employee systems and processes. My responsibilities now comprised of technical support on computer run programs, hands-on maintenance of Wizardd CMC, Drymount, and Fletcher systems, weekly input of custom frame orders (manually checking the orders for correct details and sizing to be ordered and created at the Corporate store).Additionally, my experience in leadership, customer service, communication, practicing and planning detail-oriented processes, and high-level problem-solving has enabled me to grow my skills.
