Mid 2021 I was further promoted to the role of Frame Shop Manager. I was able to gain experience overseeing the training and cross-training of employee systems and processes. My responsibilities now comprised of technical support on computer run programs, hands-on maintenance of Wizardd CMC, Drymount, and Fletcher systems, weekly input of custom frame orders (manually checking the orders for correct details and sizing to be ordered and created at the Corporate store).Additionally, my experience in leadership, customer service, communication, practicing and planning detail-oriented processes, and high-level problem-solving has enabled me to grow my skills.

Soon after assuming my previous role, I was promoted to a full-time position with expanded responsibilities and ample room for growth. In addition to my previous responsibilities, I was now responsible for the full Art & Hobbies department within our store, this included department maintenance, organization and upkeep. I was also able to gain experience in expanded customer service roles and higher-level problem solving than in my previous role.

In January 2014 I was promoted to a new part-time position with increased duties and responsibilities. In this role, I assumed responsibility of the Art department outside of the frame shop, as well as continued my role and responsibilities within the frame shop as a Framer.My tasks within the Art department expanded to include having an increased role in the set and layout of the store, ordering for the frame shop and the Art & Hobbies department, assuming the input of detailed information for custom framing orders, participating in yearly inventory assessments, and general department maintenance and upkeep.

This was originally a part-time position where I could utilize my art background, my love of working with my hands, and my appreciation of fine arts. My responsibilities and daily experiences consisted of customer service and communication, pre-assembling frame packages, finishing framed works, unloading new merchandise weekly and stocking within my department, assisting in-store layout changes, and maintaining an organized work environment.Within this role, I gained experience working both independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs in a timely manner in a fast- paced and deadline-driven environment
