- Strong administrative and Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.- Ensure all general practices performed comply with the Bank's policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain a satisfactory inspection rating.- Process all entries relating to new and existing commercial, equipment, retail and real estate loans and Letters of Credit; includes input of information, preparation of loan advances, payments and mortgage renewals.- Preparation / maintenance of loan files, including diary system, PPR registrations, Bank confirmations, credit reports, land titles and property tax confirmations.- Compilation, distribution and completion of credit administration reports.- Preparation of security documentation.- Maintain a high level of communication and rapport with the Commercial, Equipment, Real Estate and Retail Account Managers, and Branch clientele, as appropriate.- Pursue continual learning and development of personal goals to remain current of Industry knowledge as well as assist to fulfill the Bank's and individual succession planning goals.
