- Assess credit applications, ensuring they provide a high quality of risk assessment, credit structure, due diligence and credit presentation- Approve credits within discretionary limits and make recommendations on all others- Lead and coach credit risk teams and provide coaching and support to sales teams- Execute business plan, set goals and growth.

- Lead the Finance and Operations departments for British Columbia- Develop and distribute annual financial plan for the Region- Produce reporting and develop strategies to ensure adherence to plan- Provide daily procedural support managing risk for the employee, customer and shareholder- Manage premises upgrades, renovations and new branch openings

- Manage a portfolio of complex commercial clients; expand existing relationships and develop new relationships- Build and maintain a strong presence in the community, actively promoting the bank and increasing market share- Assess, structure and negotiate credit requests; make appropriate recommendations to minimize operational risk and ensure regulatory.

- Write credit applications with a high quality of overall risk assessment (industry, business, management and financial), credit structure and due diligence- Make recommendations on credit decisions - Monitor and control commercial portfolio risk
