I am a Scrum Master-Lean Champion certified, trained Project Management Professional with 15 years of corporate experience. I joined the CWB family shortly after relocating to Canada. Initially, I worked within HR Operations on core activities like Background Checks, Employment Verifications, and Exit Formalities. I then moved to the PMO as a Senior PMO Analyst, where I supported project management reporting activities using Power BI and created Executive Reports. I also developed and maintained project reporting documentation and completed Stage Gate checklist reviews. Additionally, I provided analytical support by generating and analyzing project performance metrics, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions. In February 2024, I was promoted to Senior Financial Analyst within the PMO, focusing on project-related financial reporting to track Burn Rate, Budget Adjustments, and Accruals, along with Project Roadmap Reports using Power BI. I also have a keen interest in SharePoint-related activities and created a new landing page for the PMO when we transitioned to SharePoint Online.In my previous roles at Accenture Solutions, India, I advanced from an Analyst to Assistant Manager, Operations in Business Solutions and Technology. I developed exceptional time management and organizational skills while serving as the Proposal Administrator for the Centralized Sales and Solutions Desk for Business Reporting & Data Digitization towers. I drafted strategic presentations and managed over 100 Requests for Proposals and Quotes, acting as the liaison between Solution Architects and Senior Executives.
