Administrative Specialist Ii
Current- Provide customer bureau leadership with recruitment, onboarding, position maintenance, and performance tracking support by updating and maintaining personnel software applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Retrieve, sort, and interpret personnel, payroll, and position data from SAP for tracking and business needs analysis in support of approximately 350 positions.
- Coordinate with Business Operations Supervisor and bureau leadership to communicate procedural and policy changes that are critical to facility operations and personnel resources/management.
- Bureau liaison for the implementation of City-wide enterprise projects. I’ve acted as a change management leader for our building redesign office move requiring complex consideration for operational impact, messaging.
- Review internal processes and job aids recommending improvement strategies as demonstrated with an electronic personnel file system transition project.
- Provide training to colleagues when needed and conduct research for our process improvement projects ensuring compliance with laws and policy.
