As the Potency Validation Team lead, I oversee key projects involving UPLC, ICP-OES, and LC-MS instrumentation, manage timelines and review data to ensure compliance with industry standards. I also provide customer support, assist team members with complex method development projects, and train new team members.

My role as a Potency Validation Chemist involved performing required degradation and validation testing of compounded pharmaceutical products. I was also responsible for developing UPLC methods for testing of new active ingredients and resolution of interferences from degradant products. This involved analyzing raw data and chromatographic data ensuring chromatogram was free from interferes and that all data adhered to quality control, system suitability, and validation requirements.
