• Chosen to assist in opening the largest Flagship Store for Nordstrom, in New York City. Assisted the Department manage in running an $8M floor.• Assisted in the hiring process for the entire store which included finding 1200 employees. Recruited, interviewed, and directly managed a team of 14, which also included setting all preliminary procedures for the department and store prior to opening day. • Managed about 35 luxury brands, specially selected for this NYC flagship, while in constant communication with vendors and buyers to ensure the right products at the right time. • Maintaining both front of house and back of house complexities through prioritizing and delegating task to direct team as well as stock team. • Partnered with Buying and Marketing teams to plan and execute successful personal appearances and trunk shows.

• Assisted the department manager in running a $6 million Beauty floor which included managing a direct team of about 30 employees. • Achieved department goals by developing and executing strong business plans. • Success in planning and executing marketed events such as Beauty Trend Week and National Brand Events. • Successfully ran the largest fragrance business in South East Florida which included brands like Le Labo, Jo Malone London, Parfum de Marly, Diptyque, Aqua di Parma, and Tom Ford. • Coach and develop team to act as the fashion authority and to plan and execute local events to drive business.

• Managed a $2 million floor which included both Lingerie, Hosiery, and the At Home Department. • Chosen to represent the SouthEast Region to attend a company-wide Nordstrom Lingerie event, Bracago.
