My role as Performance and Analysis Manager requires me to provide insightful and creative analytical products that drives BTP towards improved performance and achievement of its strategic objectives. I manage a multi skilled team specialising in performance analysis and works closely with internal and external industry stakeholders to offer key performance and analytical products. My role oversees data accuracy and reliability as well as provides a strategic oversight of performance against KPIs.The team produces a wide variety of analysis from performance data driven products both strategic and tactical decision making. my work helps bring innovative and strategic solutions to problems, as well as help inform industry partners.My dual role of Deputy Head of the Analysis and Performance function requires me to make key decisions across all areas of analysis and performance including intelligence and specialist operational analysis.

Analytical and Demand Analysis Lead for the BTP's Target Operating Model project. Working alongside internal and external partners to deliver a target operating model for the force.

Working as Analytical lead on a project within the BTP to develop and implement an evidence based policing patrol strategy across England, Scotland and Wales. My role involved working with academic partners and stakeholders to develop the analysis and data to support the project.The role also required me to design and implement a new analytical model across the force and manage stakeholders through a significant period of change. The role required a strong project management approach which was developed through use of PRINCE 2 methodology and a robust analytical approach. I also produced a variety of analytical products, which were designed to provide assistance to Police Officers across the area with the effective management and deployment of their personnel and resources. My main duty was to supervise and engage young offenders in educational activities as well as being a point of contact for them to speak to about their problems and being a point of contact after they left the justice system.
