  Review and revamp the Volunteer Program, Compliance Assistance Program, developing training materials and communication with volunteers; responsible for developing a plan to expand the roles of volunteers, as well as coordination and participation in Anti-Graffiti Task Force outreach efforts on behalf of NSD including Train-the-Trainer sessions and presentations to schools and community groups on these efforts. Develop a Youth Volunteer Program. Research and develop new volunteer programs. Works closely with the Neighborhood Specialists and volunteers using the Tool Lending Program and staffing events, clean-ups, and meetings providing support for volunteer efforts to the community.
