Created a common application that resulted in $58.7M in grants to over 1000 different nonprofits.• Created the United Way Coronavirus Response and Recovery Fund and grant process, resulted in $16M in donations to United Way, facilitated over $4M in grants to 314 organizations. Grants were awarded on a weekly basis to ensure quick distribution of emergency funds to support relief efforts.• Instrumental in the transformation of the homelessness rehousing system in Dallas and Collin Counties.
