Worked with the Learning Services team to spec, design and implement the Sage Intelligence Academy.This was a huge undertaking for the Learning Services team, which at the time, consisted of myself and my direct manager, Heidi Lambson. We partnered with Signify, who developed our Learning Management System (LMS) and our online (e-commerce) shop. This has been my greatest achievement at Sage Intelligence.Sage Intelligence YouTube ChannelOver the past three years the SI YouTube Channel has gone from just under 70 videos to over 500 videos and webcasts, grouped by product integration.Webcast Notification EmailsIn the past, our hosted learning webcasts just weren’t receiving the number of delegates that we wanted, so we decided to set up a notification email, which went out once a month. Since October 2013 we have grown our subscriber base to just over 9,600.Sage 50-US Intelligence Reporting Financial Report Design Course Learning VideosOur Sage Intelligence Financial Report Design courses consist of 10 learning videos, combined with ‘do-it-yourself’ exercises and an assessment. Due to time constraints I assisted our Technical Writer and Course Developer, by creating the learning videos, as well as the training and exercise manuals for the course.Overall, my job as Content Developer is creative, challenging and rewarding.
