Serve as Project Manager with oversight over multiple task orders under the Health Enterprise Architecture (HEA) contract and then the follow-on Health Architecture Modernization (HAM) contract in support of the VA VHA Business Architecture (BA) office. Role involves recruitment, onboarding support, contractor team management, contract deliverables development, client engagement, and maintenance of the BA Integrated Master Schedule and related reporting.

Acted as contractor lead to the Strategy and Planning business unit of the VA VHA BA office. This role included participation in the health IT investment analysis and governance process, development of strategic plans for VHA, and facilitation of BA strategic planning activities.

This role provided communications and marketing support including creation of marketing materials, blog entries, and communications updates via email and SharePoint. This contract included ad hoc support for projects on an as needed basis so the nature and complexity varied. - Managed Federal Government proposals ranging in value from $10M-$90M and ensured the proposal team adheres to proposal development processes and schedules. Helped the proposal team develop win themes and identify discriminators and innovations. Delivered compliant, compelling proposals on schedule.- Planned and managed the full life cycle of proposal development, including analyzing RFP or Task Order requirements; creating the proposal schedule, outline, and compliance matrix; and managing diverse teams from various prime, subcontractor, and consultant organizations.- Assisted authors and SMEs to clearly and persuasively write proposal sections. Participated in color team reviews. Collaborated and worked with the Capture Manager, Proposal Coordinator, writers, editors/DTP, and production personnel, as required.

Ensured all proposal documents were complete, accurate, compliant with customer requirements and corporate standards, and on schedule; and that these documents reflected the quality and thoroughness of a winning proposal. Worked with capture team personnel, proposal teams, and other internal clients in a professional, collaborative, and supportive manner.- Coordinated winning proposal for DoD in support of the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) Health Program Analysis & Evaluation (HPA&E) to perform the 2009 Health Related Behavior Reserve Component Survey. Also assisted on winning proposal for providing acquisition support services to Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Services. Each project was a multi-year, multi-million dollar award.

- Managed and coordinated all aspects of technical proposals from initial development through delivery. Supported more than 50 proposal efforts in various roles, with many running within concurrent timeframes.- Facilitated pre-proposal planning meetings, wrote proposal sections, developed proposal graphics, and reviewed/evaluated RFPs and proposal responses. Reviewed and edited technical proposals and homeland security domestic preparedness exercise documentation. - Accomplishments included: management and coordination of two task order proposals for the Department of Health and Human Services (PIX and SQREx) which led to a contract award totaling $1 million; and management of a proposal that resulted in a contract to provide regional preparedness planning and exercises throughout the state of New York.- Developed marketing brochures and materials.
