I am currently a Junior at Indiana University majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. I strive to seek new challenges, be hard working and a good leader in everything I do. Hard-working: In my first high school job at age 14, I was placed in an environment where hard work was at the forefront. Coming from this environment, I have been able to implement hard work into my other jobs as well. Leadership: At 16, I had the opportunity to become a manager at Chick-fil-A. I think the biggest lesson I learned was that leadership is not about telling people what to do but rather having a personal relationship where trust and understanding are at the foundation. I learned that I love leading others and would love to get to a point where I can influence others in a leadership position in the future. Seek Challenges: I’ve come to realize that the only way to learn is to try new things. I find this most in my everyday life. I want to go far and the only way to make this happen is to pursue big goals. Being at Indiana University allows me to do so.
