I have always found myself drawn to numbers. When I was four years old, my favorite song on the radio was Kenny Chesney’s “Shiftwork,” simply because of all the shift times Chesney lists in the chorus. In second grade, I memorized my 14-digit library card number. I can still recite it to this day. As I have gotten older, I have learned to appreciate everything numbers can reveal. Whether they are divulging something about the past or predicting future opportunities, I find the stories they tell fascinating. As an aspiring accountant, I love uncovering the various tales numbers can reveal about company performance and market opportunities. I am excited to continue my learning journey through both continued academic achievement and professional experience.
