- Assist residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts- Under direction of Nurse provide tasks such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse- Perform specified home services such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities- Observe residents and report status to appropriate staff- Aid an average of 8 residents per shift primarily in memory care - Trained in the use of Hoyer Lifts & EZ Stands

- Work with MD/DO or PA providers in order to complete accurate, timely charting of patient encounters, including but not limited to: patient history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, lab and test results, consultations with other providers, treatment course, diagnoses, discharge instructions, and prescriptions.- Professional, non-intrusive interaction with patients (the scribe does not directly assist with patient care), providers, hospital staff, and other co-workers.- Compliance with hospital, HIPAA, and EPPA policies, including those relating to confidentiality of patient information.- Excellent job attendance. Ability to problem solve in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Assisted customers on the sales floor by answering questions, finding specific items, and directing them to various locations- Spent the majority of my time as a cashier where I drove store loyalty rewards and credit card enrollments- Used quality customer service skills - Helped my team organize the store by folding and hanging clothes - Trained new employees on and off the register
