Managed business related to daily sales, service, and staffing while helping the team as lead estimator writing and scheduling customer estimates.

Relocated to Elkhart, Indiana(The RV Capital of the world) to pursue a corporate sales role with Thor Industries. I took a position for 1 year in daily plant operations for Keystone(A Thor Company) developing skills and product knowledge needed to fill the gap from the automotive sector experience and knowledge I’d acquired over the years to the RV sector. In the transition from operations to sales; I was recruited back to Columbus, MS to assist the new owner with managing operations at Bob’s Paint and Auto Body, Inc while transitioning into a partner.

Managed shop staff, repair quality, and production shopflow.

Managed and participated in the writing/scheduling of all customer walk-in estimates while resolving any insurance company or customer service issues.

Salesman transitioned to Sales Manager in the initial 6 months of employment while concurrently serving as IT Director to optimize technology across the organization. After four years, I transitioned to the Parts Manager role to pursue/acquire Service Management training and experience with a former dealership owner in retirement serving as the Interim Service Manager while still maintaining my responsibilities as IT Director.
