I was a driver of innovation and efficiency. In my role, I was responsible for various aspects of project management and data analytics. I led a team whose core responsibilities was to solve various organizational problems by analyzing requirements and recommending solutions that include new processes, workflows/automations, reports, dashboards, software implementation and software development. I was also the firm Salesforce Administrator, Consultant and Project Manager.

I evaluated processes for efficiency as well as developed and automated work flows as needed. I monitored data quality and developed data standards. I also initiated and managed data cleanup initiatives.

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of the firm, I assisted the management teams with project implementation, reporting and monitoring. I also oversaw the department administrative assistants in various aspects, including hiring, training, mentoring and process efficiency review.

I was responsible for reviewing all administrative firm functions for efficiency, as well as creating documentation and training manuals for all administrative roles. I hired and trained all administrative staff. I also served as administrative backup when necessary.

I conducted prescreening interviews for empolyment candidates, managed interview calendars for multiple staffing recruiters, performed background checks, completed new hire on boarding paperwork, coordinated travel for executive employment candidates and various administrative tasks as necessary.

As the Executive Assistant to the leader of the HR Employment Department, I managed her calendar, travel arrangements and various other administrative tasks when necessary.

I was the receptionist for the HR Employment department where I was responsible for assisting and greeting all guests with a plesant and professional attitude. I also managed a multi line phone system, administered and scored various employment tests, prepared employment offer packages and various administrative tasks as necessary.
