Recruited to the National League of Cities – Raleigh Chapter, as they undergo an initiative to develop a resource manual for the Triangle area, which would focus on our homeless population and improvement of their circumstances, serves as Secretary for monthly meetings9. Featured speaker at the VMFA Monthly Meetings, sponsored by the Joel Fund, on veterans in education.10. Served on the information panel for the Veterans Care Team, in the recent Advising Redesign meetings.
