Membership Services Manager
CurrentCore Purpose- To oversee the smooth operational delivery of all membership meetings, events and training; and manage changes to the membership.Key Responsibilities of the Role- Accountable for overseeing all meeting, training and development activities- Line manage the Membership Support Team- Conduct weekly one-to-ones with the team- Carry out 6 monthly appraisals- Provide development opportunities- Ensure our organisational values are lived within the team- Provide support and cover for all member activities- Project manage VetSkills and Meeting activities- Budget Responsibility- New Member Onboarding- Manage sponsorship opportunities- Champion and maximise the use of our CRM and event management systems- Negotiations with venues, AV companies and other external suppliers- Support for the Veterinary Women in Leadership initiative- Chair the weekly VetSkills and Meetings catchup- Work closely with Picture Perfect Data and Arrow Web Design to structure data to allow us to produce analytics on member engagement with meetings, training and events- Oversee health and safety for our meeting/training activities- Carry out risk assessments- Provide training opportunities for the team where needed- Ensure venues we use are accessible and if not find appropriate solutions- To ensure we are exceeding customer expectations at all touchpoints with them (phone, email, face to face)
