Working as a bartender and shift manager, I was responsible for supervising the operation of the restaurant while manning the bar during service. Making sure our guests felt comfortable and were well taken care while delivering a superior product was always my number one priority. Other responsibilities included cash management, running end of day reports and communicating the day of events to our corporate office.

Urban Cowboy Public House is a mid-high volume craft cocktail bar attached to a B&B located in East Nashville. A neighborhood oriented bar with an ever-changing list of well executed cocktails. Urban Cowboy ran with a small staff of five bartenders who are responsible for every aspect of keeping the bar maintained including but not limited to; cocktail design, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness as well as guest relations and guest services.

Contracted by Discovery Inc. and PopFizz Productions to host a web-series for Travel Channel's social media platforms. We traveled the East coast of America in search of Americas haunted bars and created a signature cocktail for each ghost story. Responsible for connecting with show guest and making them feel comfortable on camera, showcasing each city visited, and designing cocktails for each episode. Six episodes total.

The Mulberry Project pop-up is a traveling bar concept with a completely bespoke program. Guest choose ingredients from a menu and tell you what kind of drinks they enjoy. You then take that information and create something specifically catered to their preferences. I was brought over to Israel to help execute the project which took over the Jasper Johns, a high volume craft cocktail bar in one of Tel Aviv’s most popular neighborhoods.

‘The Whiskey Women’ was created to connect women in the community and around the country. What started as sold-out monthly events for women in the community quickly turned into a website that offered cocktail recipes, whiskey reviews, and various inspiring life pieces to a worldwide audience. I worked with various whiskey brands and industry related companies on articles and promotional items and was sought out by journalist for comments on industry related news. I curated a team of writers who contributed bi-weekly articles to the site, did all of the marketing and promotion, kept the website up-to-date and worked with a graphic designer to create an impactful visual for the brand.
