As a Warranty Administrator, duties consisted of answering home owner phone calls, assisting them in all actions required pertaining to their call, scheduling all trade and service technicians to inspect, repair or replace various deficiencies within their home, and processing paper work submitted by both service technicians and trades. Being able to multitask by answering phones, replying to home owner emails, returning home owner voicemails, and being able to assist home owners on a walk in basis are just a few of the many things that can lead to great customer service and a happy home owner experience.

When working for Loopstra Nixon, the main duties were to ensure professional organization threw out the mail room and firm, ensuring all supplies and tools used by lawyers were always fully stocked at all times, to ensure all mail deliveries were sent out and received within a timely matter and to ensure they were received by the correct correspondence. Small accounting duties consisted of issuing and depositing cheques within various time lines and to ensure all daily banking duties were performed at end of every day.
