I handled all calls, I am proficient in Word, Excel, Quickbooks, and Outlook. I handled all A/R, I sent and received invoices.

I started at bottom with this company and quickly succeeded to becoming an office staff. I learned how to become the next customer service representative working here. I took the team leader position once I graduated in 2012. I learned how to process payroll, run a front end of over 20 people at a time. I handled training for all positions in the Customer service department. I trained others in accounting for the store. I become a liaison between workers and management.
