You might say real estate is in Ashley Golladay’s blood. Growing up, her mother was a successful real estate agent, whisking Ashley away to open houses and teaching her the business from an early age. In 2004, Ashley took on the role of financial manager for multiple locations of a major franchise in the Dallas area. She quickly began outpacing and outperforming her counterparts ten-to-one in month-end closeouts. She began training others in best practices, efficiencies and process improvements. Finding great success in solving systemic business challenges, Ashley’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and she began her own niche consulting company - converting crippling problems into seamless solutions for brokerages across the US. Ashley personally tackled the difficult issues like accounting fraud, major attrition, broken and outdated technology, and lack of functional operational systems. She built complex calculators and spreadsheets to help brokerages run more efficiently. She automated countless reports to aid in agent and brokerage efficiency. She worked with software developers to create an AI software platform which she personally sold to more than 150 brokers.Ashley has saved brokerages millions of dollars in the course of her career by implementing her innovative ideas and bold strategies, backed by extensive business experience and depth of financial knowledge. Ashley holds a Bachelors in Business & Management and Masters in Finance. She is a certified trainer and coach. And in 2020, she became a licensed real estate agent and joined eXp as an agent. In 2021, Ashley accepted the new Growth Finance Specialist role with eXp Corporate. Ashley brings a unique mindset to the table. With the knowledge of an agent along with her numbers and operations expertise, she is tangibly adding to eXp’s explosive growth. Ashley spends what little free time she has with family and her furbabies for now. She and her husband of 14 years look forward to a family of their own soon.
