• Differentiates instruction using Best Practices and 21st Century learning to create data-driven lessons and assessments to engage students, close achievement gaps, and promote high-levels of thinking and problem solving. • Integrates technology into the classroom using Smartboard and one-to-one Chromebooks, and Google Classroom digital learning platform.• Implement pilot curriculum and adjust/supplement to match the needs of below/at/above grade level students.• Communicates with students and parents using Google Technologies and Power School Grading System• Collaborates with co-teachers, colleagues, and administrators to provide the best instruction to meet the needs of mixed ability classrooms including ELL, SLD, Speech & Language, EBD, Gifted & Talented, At-Risk, and socio-economic students.• Uses PBIS and TRIBES strategies to provide a safe, nurturing classroom environment allowing students to take risks.
